ANTCUBE – Red foil 20×20 – Filter

Dimensions: 19x19cm. Material: PVC. This red transparent film creates an underground ambiance for ants. We suggest using it at least partly in the nest area. Despite the film, you can clearly observe the ants inside the nest. It's precisely cut to fit the ANTCUBE “Ant farm 20x20cm S/M/L – standing”. This filter foil offers a superior light - filtering effect compared to the regular cover foil and can withstand temperatures up to 180°C. It adheres well to the farm or nest area with light pressure. Alternatively, you can use transparent adhesive tape to fix it. Just attach two small strips at the upper corners so you can lift the film later for a better view of the nest.

Using this red filter foil is easy. First, decide where you want to place it in the ANTCUBE ant farm. It's best to use it at least partially in the nest area to give the ants an underground feeling. You can simply press it gently onto the farm or nest area, and it will hold on its own. If you want a more secure fix, use a couple of small strips of transparent adhesive tape at the upper corners. This way, you can lift the film whenever you want a better look at the ants. When it comes to maintenance, it's quite low - key. Just keep it away from extremely high temperatures (above 180°C) as it may get damaged. Also, if it gets dirty, you can gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. That's all there is to it!
