Zoo Med Natural Aquatic Turtle Food - Hatchling Formula

Our aquatic turtle food comes in three pellet sizes and protein levels, tailored for different life stages of turtles - Hatchling, Growth, and Maintenance Formulas. The Hatchling formula is rich in protein, ideal for the fast - growing hatchling and juvenile aquatic turtles. The Growth and Maintenance formulas meet the dietary needs of growing and adult turtles. Our floating pellets are a great choice for water - surface - feeding turtles, making it easy for them to find food. This special floating pellet food is for hatchling and juvenile turtles. It has micro - sized pellets, 1/8” (3.2 mm) in size, suitable for turtles up to 2” (5 cm), with 43% protein.

To use this food, simply drop the floating pellets into the water where your aquatic turtles are. The turtles will be able to easily spot and eat them. Remember to feed your turtles an appropriate amount based on their age and size. For hatchlings and juveniles, you can start with a small number of pellets and adjust as needed. Keep the food in a cool, dry place to maintain its freshness. Avoid overfeeding your turtles as it can lead to health problems. Also, make sure to clean the water regularly to keep your turtles' living environment clean and healthy.
